Nordic Conference on Creativity and Innovation
Motion is one of the biggest conferences in the Nordics on creativity, innovation and experience economy. Every year 400 delegates gather the city of Kristiansand in southern Norway in order to take part in the Motion experience.

Motion is an unique business conference whose aim is to stimulate innovation and create collaborative relationships between people from from various professions. We emphasize creativity, innovation, entrepreneurship, leadership, design, branding, user experiences and trends.
The aim of Motion is simply to create just that - motion, involving not only physical movement; you probably have to travel a bit to participate in it… Rather, on a greater scale Motion wants to move your mind on both an intellectual and emotional level. We believe that energy arises and new powerful ideas get created in the gaps existing between people`s different professions and perspectives.
A large number of well-known international speakers have visited Motion and presented their innovative and inspiring ideas to a receptive and enthusiastic Scandinavian audience.
